Boxes are sent USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are discounted for you at $5.95 per box.

Yes! Shipping to Canada is $13.00 per box and international shipping is $22.00 per box.

All box sales are final. We do not accept returns on boxes or individual items. If your box does not arrive, please notify us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. If an item in your box is missing or damaged please contact us at [email protected]

Yes, subscriptions can be canceled. Subscriptions must be canceled up to 5 days before your next billing cycle. For any other type of cancellation please contact our customer service team at [email protected]

Giving a box as a gift is a great idea! All you have to do is click this link, select the plan that is right for you and checkout . On the checkout page a box is automatically checked that you are giving a gift. Give us your recipient's name and the message you'd like to have included in the box. Leaving a recipient's email address is optional but recommended. It allows your recipient to also track their packages.

This is a great option if you want to give multiple boxes but don't want to pay upfront. If you'd like the subscription to renew, just click the box at checkout that says, "Automatically renew this subscription." If you decide later that you'd like it to renew, just contact us at [email protected] and we can turn it on.
